Team Leader of the Care-Appropriate Residential Group and Deputy Nursing Service Manager 80% - 100%
These are your tasks:
- Leading the residential group team for people with increased care needs
- Ensuring resource-oriented support of clients in their daily lives
- Participation in daily care and support including client documentation
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and networking with other areas within the institution, with relatives, legal guardians, doctors and external offices
- Active participation in the team leader committee for the conceptual and qualitative development of the location
- Deputising for the Nursing Service Manager Ilgenpark during absences
This is what you bring:
- Qualification as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- Several years of leadership experience and professional experience in supporting and caring for people with disabilities
- Observational skills and enjoyment in appreciative support of people
- Willingness to work irregular hours
- Skill in balancing direct client work and leadership tasks
