Team Leader Residential Group and Deputy Nursing Service Manager 90 - 100%
These are your tasks:
- You lead and develop a committed residential group team for people with increased care needs.
- You design resource-oriented support and care together with your team.
- You actively participate in daily support and care and ensure professional client documentation.
- You contribute your ideas and experience to the team leader committee and participate in the professional and qualitative development of the location.
- You deputise for the Nursing Service Manager and share responsibility for the further development of the care sector.
This is what you bring:
- Qualification as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- Initial leadership and several years of professional experience, ideally in the support and care of people with disabilities.
- Enjoyment in accompanying people with appreciation and supporting employees in their development.
- A good sense for people, situations and different needs.
- The ability to successfully combine leadership responsibility and direct work with clients.
- Willingness to work irregular hours.
