What to expect:

• Remote management of fire, burglary, and technical alarms
• Management of telephone pickets and remote video surveillance
• Management and coordination of intervention patrols
• Handling administrative procedures
• Technical support for clients

What you bring:

• Completed commercial training (AFC)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good familiarity with IT systems in general
• Italian (C2/native language)
• German (B2), French or English (B2)
• Good communication skills, courtesy
• Ability to manage stress and conflicts
• Willingness to work night shifts and/or rotating shifts
• High degree of independence
• Strong sense of responsibility and personal initiative
• Irreproachable conduct (no criminal record and no warnings and/or certificate of asset deficiency)
• Swiss citizenship or EU/EFTA C permit
• Driving licence and private vehicle
• Experience in office or reception work
• CPSicur certificate
• Cantonal LPPS authorisation
