Your Tasks
You work in direct care and support, accompanying residents respectfully, empathetically, and professionally through their daily lives. In doing so, you assist the residents with their individual needs and contribute to their well-being and quality of life. Contact with relatives and key persons is naturally appreciative and empathetic for you.
You work closely with the care team, adhere to care standards and guidelines, and with your reliable work approach, make an important contribution to consistently high care and support quality.
Your Profile
- Training at assistant level (Health/Social Assistant EBA, Care Assistant FA), SRK/basic course VBB
- You are familiar with the relevant requirements for providing professional care and support
- You enjoy working in a team, are solution-oriented, and place great value on further development
