Your tasks:
- Independent planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of resource- and needs-oriented activation offers for individual and group activities
- Activating daily life design for residents in the activation room but also in the departments
- Interdisciplinary collaboration in all areas, especially nursing and gastronomy
- Care and accompaniment of events such as walks, music, and dance events
Your profile:
- Completed training with several years of professional experience in the field of activation, art, or movement therapy (HF degree preferred)
- Teamwork skills as well as great flexibility and resilience
- Organizational and decision-making skills combined with high professional, factual, and self-competence
- Joy and experience with elderly and dementia patients
- High service orientation, discretion, good German skills, and accustomed to working on the PC
