The engineering company plans and builds systems for recycling companies, printing houses, financial institutions, packaging producers, and logistics centres. The focus is on recyclable materials such as paper, cardboard, films, PET, and refuse. The team works project-based, technically demanding, and customer-oriented. Role:
You are technically skilled and want to maintain, repair, and further develop machines and systems? You can expect a varied service role with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrotechnical tasks as well as direct customer contact.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out maintenance, repair, and overhaul work on machines and systems
Analysing and assessing faults, overhauls, and repairs
Modernising and adapting existing systems and machines
Assembly, installation, and commissioning of new machines and systems
Conducting functional tests and technical inspections
Creating and maintaining service and repair documentation
Instruction and training of users on site
Qualifications:
Completed training as a agricultural machinery, polymechanic, vehicle, or construction machinery mechanic
Good knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics
Basic knowledge of electrotechnics and welding
Experience in customer service and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Independent, precise, and solution-oriented working style
Ideally first experience in field service
Willingness to travel extensively
Very good German language skills
English skills are an advantage
Category B driving licence
