Your tasks:

Leading the Nuclear Infrastructure team
Responsible for the operation of the on-premises IT/OT infrastructure: data centre, virtualisation infrastructure, network and associated IT services
Integration of manufacturer-supplied OT‑ as well as OT‑related server and application platforms (e.g. production IT, Siemens systems, Aveva PI, Bently Nevada, etc.)
Active participation in shaping and further developing the IT/OT architecture, the associated service landscape as well as IT standards and policies
Close collaboration with experts from other specialist areas (automation, high voltage, mechanical engineering)
Analysis and sustainable resolution of faults as well as error prevention, participation in IT/OT projects and independent management of IT infrastructure projects
Evaluation and introduction of new technologies and solutions as well as automation and standardisation of operational processes
Ensuring configuration and change management as well as their processes in the IT/OT operational environment.
Creation and maintenance of system documentation
Interface and coordination with external IT partners

Your profile:

IT degree or higher technical education (TS, HF, FH) with a focus on computer science or comparable professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
Several years of experience in team leadership
Solid, several years of experience in industrial IT and OT environments
Experience with virtualisation (e.g. VMware, Nutanix)
Practical experience in the areas of virtualisation, Windows Server, backup/recovery as well as system hardening (on-premises servers and clients, Active Directory)
Knowledge in the network area (firewall, switch, WLAN, 5G SA) with experience on Palo Alto, Cisco, Nokia
Broad technical understanding across system, service and domain boundaries
Strong security mindset with a focus on availability, resilience and damage limitation
Experience in documentation, audit and compliance-relevant environments is an advantage
Enthusiasm for new technologies and willingness to operate older technologies as well
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
