Financial Control is the supreme body for financial supervision. It supports the Grand Council, the Government and the courts in financial oversight of the administration and the administration of justice. In this video you will find an overview of the tasks of financial control.
For our team, we are looking for an independent and proactive person, capable of maintaining an overview and performing an important coordinating function within financial control through their work.
We are looking for a motivated secretary (50%) to start immediately or by agreement.
- Drafting reports, handling correspondence and preparing presentations
- Supporting the office and section management as well as the auditors
- General secretarial duties and management of the central document archive
- Organising events for the team
- Periodic tasks in the agenda
- Supporting internal projects
- Completed training as a commercial clerk with a federal certificate of competence (AFC) or equivalent training and professional experience in a secretarial role
- Proficiency in written and spoken German (native language), knowledge of other cantonal languages is an advantage
- Good IT skills, especially MS Office
- Structured, forward-looking, independent and precise working method
- Service- and solution-oriented, able to work in a team, reliable and proactive
