Financial Controller (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 120,000Our Rocken partner is a Switzerland-wide provider in the medical field focusing on ophthalmology, dermatology, and aesthetic treatments. Responsibilities:
- You assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (accruals, SLA, provisions)
- You prepare and analyse monthly statistics, identify development potential, and propose measures
- You maintain and further develop BI tools (Qlik, Tableau)
- You advise and support management as well as business and specialist departments on financial and business management issues, including ad-hoc analyses
- You prepare forecasts, budgets, and project calculations
- You prepare cost accounting according to REKOLE, especially allocations and internal service charging
- You take responsibility for preparing data for statistics (ITAR_K, KS, SwissDRG, etc.)
- You work in multidisciplinary project teams, undertake M&A activities, and carry out independent projects
Qualifications:
- You have a business administration degree from a university of applied sciences or university; further training in controlling or accounting is an advantage
- You have already gained professional experience in a comparable role
- You are technically skilled and IT-savvy, especially with Excel
- You have a quick grasp and a strong affinity for numbers
- You have an analytical and structured working style with a high awareness of quality
