• Support the store manager in daily operations and independently manage in their absence
• Organize and implement operational processes (e.g., staff scheduling, product presentation, store layout)
• Handle cash register transactions using a modern cash register
• Manage inventory of the sales assortment
• Ensure compliance with prescribed order and cleanliness

• Have training in sales, preferably in the food sector, or already have experience in retail.
• Enjoy sales, customer consulting, and leading a team.

LANDI Mittelthurgau is an agricultural cooperative in the heart of the canton of Thurgau in the segments of agriculture and retail as well as fuels and heating oils. We operate four agricultural locations for feed, seed, plant nutrition, and plant protection. In our regional economic area, we run eight retail stores with a main assortment of food. Additionally, we operate a LANDI market in Weinfelden and Kreuzlingen. Under the AGROLA brand, LANDI Mittelthurgau manages eight gas stations, two of which have TopShop and two car washes. LANDI Mittelthurgau employs around 150 staff.

For our Volg store in Bürglen, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a leadership personality for the position of Deputy Store Manager 80% - 100%.
