Your Tasks

Creation, maintenance and further development of technical documentation, manuals and knowledge databases for milling machines with SiemensOne and preferably also with Heidenhain control as well as associated components and functions

Planning and conducting technical training for the milling machine for service, sales and specialist experts of the international United Machining sales companies

Supporting development projects by ensuring complete and target group-oriented technical documentation and knowledge transfer for service technicians

Analysis, preparation and documentation of technical expert knowledge, including troubleshooting, service procedures on internal websites

Active collaboration with development, service, product management and academy to promote worldwide knowledge transfer and continuous improvement processes

Support in the quality improvement process for customer issues and willingness to visit customers

Your Profile

Technical training in mechanical engineering with several years of practical experience as a service technician; further training in electrical or software fields is an advantage

Experience in research & development, technical service or an industrial production environment as well as enthusiasm for knowledge transfer and documentation

Very good German and English skills, spoken and written; French and/or Italian are advantageous

Strong communication skills, high willingness to learn as well as a structured and independent working style

Confident handling of HTML, MS Office; knowledge of CAD systems (e.g. Solid Edge), SAP and ticketing systems is an advantage
