Tasks
- Perform TIG welding on complex stainless steel constructions at pharmaceutical level.
- Weld pipes up to 16 mm wall thickness with x-ray safe execution.
- Read and implement technical drawings and 3D/CAD models independently.
Skills
- Completed training as a plant and apparatus builder or similar.
- Several years of experience in TIG welding stainless steel.
- Good knowledge of German is required.

Our client develops, produces and sells technically advanced plants. To support the well-established team, we are looking for an additional
Plant and Equipment Builder as TIG Welder Pharmaceutical Standard
Activities
- TIG welding of complex stainless steel constructions to pharmaceutical standards (sheet metal and profile area)
- Multi-layer welding of pipes up to approx. 16 mm wall thickness (X-ray safe execution)
- Work according to high quality requirements (including pharmaceutical/pressure vessel sector)
- Independent reading and implementation of technical drawings as well as 3D/CAD models (digital workstations)
- Assembling and tack welding of welded constructions
- Optional: Manufacturing small assemblies using adhesive technology (internal training possible)
Requirements
- Completed training as plant and equipment builder, construction locksmith or comparable
- Several years of experience in TIG welding of stainless steel / chromium steel
- Experience with welding distortion and shrinkage
- Ideally experience in pressure vessel construction (e.g. AD2000, EN 13445)
- Valid welding certificates advantageous (qualification possible with us)
- Good German language skills
