Your tasks:
- In your role, you are the contact person for active passenger support with a focus on passengers with reduced mobility in your area of responsibility
- Assistance with boarding, changing trains and alighting on the platform
- Receiving registrations for boarding, changing trains and alighting assistance and forwarding them to the responsible departments
- Checking the functionality of technical equipment required for mobility service, e.g. platform lifts and lifts
- Reporting malfunctions to the 3-S control centre
- You represent Deutsche Bahn in mobile service at the station and on the platforms, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Completed vocational training in a service profession, e.g. as a sales assistant or retail merchant, in gastronomy or in the commercial sector as an office clerk, etc.
- Experience in the service industry and dealing with customers
- Confident and friendly demeanour, attentiveness and customer orientation characterise you
- You are willing to work shifts and are looking for a job at the weekend (from Friday to Sunday)
- To be able to represent the company at the station, a uniform and well-groomed appearance is important – therefore you should be willing to wear company clothing
- Good knowledge of German, English skills are desirable
