Project Manager: Construction Project Management (a)

In this interesting and demanding position, you will independently manage construction projects for our mandate clients in the Northern region with your broad expertise. We look forward to a team player who will contribute their expertise in a well-coordinated and professional team and wishes to develop both personally and professionally.

Your main tasks:

- Independently managing construction projects from planning through implementation to final billing
- Clarifying needs and advising the customer, including support during the change process
- Fiduciary tasks for the clients such as schedule, cost, and quality monitoring
- Order and contract management, work and warranty acceptance as well as reporting
- Maintaining and developing customer relationships

Your profile:

- Technical education with further training or studies in one of the following areas: architecture, construction, electrical, or heating-ventilation-air conditioning-cooling-sanitary
- Experience in managing and handling projects
- Confident German as well as English and French skills are an advantage
- Strong communication skills, service and customer orientation
- Independent and goal-oriented working style with pronounced organizational skills
