Responsibilities

• Management and further development of the Jumbo control centre including personnel and professional leadership of employees across multiple locations
• Ensuring operational logistics control, especially prioritisation, coordination and escalation management in day-to-day business as well as responsibility for ordering and delivery processes
• Responsibility for inventory processes and internal control system (ICS) in the NVZ Jumbo and with service providers, including ensuring, monitoring and further development of processes and controls
• Key user responsibility for WAMAS, SAP and NiceLabel with a focus on operational applicability, parameterisation, modelling as well as error analysis and correction
• Responsibility for costs, analyses and optimisation including budget and cost centre management, reporting, key figures, projects for digitalisation and process optimisation as well as coordination with internal and external interfaces

Requirements

• Basic training with further education in logistics, supply chain, IT or a comparable field, ideally HF/FH or equivalent
• Several years of leadership experience in logistics as well as the ability to effectively lead a cross-location team both personally and professionally
• Solid experience in operational logistics control with strong competence in prioritisation, coordination and escalation management
• Very good system knowledge in WAMAS and SAP, ideally complemented by key user experience and knowledge of NiceLabel
• Experience in inventory, ICS, compliance, cost centre and budget responsibility as well as a structured, analytical, resilient and communicative working style with high interface competence
