Role:
For our partner company, a leading real estate firm in Central Switzerland, we are looking for a committed individual as a property manager to manage their own portfolio in Central Switzerland. Great development opportunities and flexible working arrangements await you.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the comprehensive management of a property portfolio in Lucerne and surrounding areas
- Lease contract management, including new lettings and rent adjustments
- Coordination of maintenance and renovation measures
- Budget planning and control.
- Conducting property inspections and tenant discussions
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a property manager with a federal certificate of competence or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in property management
- Good knowledge of tenancy law is an advantage
- Fluent German skills, additional languages are an advantage
