Küng Automobile is a traditional family business with around 100 employees and four locations in the Baden region. With Volvo, Škoda, Nissan, Ford and Hyundai, we are versatile and firmly rooted in the region.

For our location in Gebenstorf, we are looking for a committed individual from December 2026 or by arrangement as

HR/Marketing Assistant 40-50%

In this versatile role, you will support our HR department and management in the areas of HR, marketing and communication. Your tasks include:

HR & Administration

• Administrative support of the HR department
• Assistance with recruitment and applicant management
• Support with onboarding and offboarding
• Absence management and processing of time recording
• General administrative and organisational HR tasks

Marketing & Communication

• Planning and implementation of marketing activities
• Creation and coordination of posts, advertisements and communication materials
• Organisation and support of customer events and occasions
• Coordination with agencies, partners and brand representatives
• Support with PR and communication topics
• Contributing your own ideas to further develop our presence

What you bring:

• Commercial training or comparable qualification
• Enjoyment of and ideally experience in HR, marketing and communication
• Organisational and communication talent
• Very good MS Office skills; Abacus and Visual-Time are an advantage
• Very good German skills and confident written expression
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• An uncomplicated personality who thinks along and likes to get involved
