- Execute measures in care, therapy, and rehabilitation, documenting progress.
- Support and guide patients during entry and crisis situations.
- Handle external calls and complete administrative tasks independently.
Skills
- Health professional certification (EFZ) with experience in mental health care.
- Fluent German in spoken and written form is essential.
- Strong sense of responsibility and proven social skills required.

About the job
Your tasks include
- Carrying out measures in care, therapy, rehabilitation and in the medical-technical field and their documentation
- Advising, accompanying and supporting patients in admission situations, crisis situations
- Being the contact person for external calls, mediating and/or receiving these
- Independently completing administrative tasks
You bring with you
- Qualification as a Healthcare Professional EFZ
- Experience in caring for mentally ill patients
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- High personal responsibility and proven social competence
- Completed basic course in aggression management desirable
- Good and networked thinking ability
