HR System Specialist 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

What you can achieve:
We are looking for you as a motivated team member to drive the further development of our HR application Workday at Hamilton. At the interface between software and people, you will work with various HR teams, the IT department, and management. Your tasks include:
Configuration and introduction of new functionalities in all used modules such as Recruiting, Learning, Talent, or Compensation
Optimization of existing processes and views in Workday by identifying the needs of end users and implementing appropriate solutions
Creation of evaluations in various forms and formats (reports, worksheets, dashboards) as well as deriving measures
Co-development of the roadmap for Workday and review and implementation of new functionalities from the two releases per year
Participation and/or project management in future-oriented HR projects, including topics not directly related to Workday
Second-level support for HR teams and management, including empowerment through training

What you bring:
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, business informatics, human resources, or comparable experience
Very high affinity for new technologies, strong analytical skills, and a pronounced understanding of processes and data
Enjoy driving things forward and finding creative solutions
Enjoy communication and collaboration with others, including top management
Critical thinking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and projects
Experience in configuring and using Workday processes and functionalities is a great advantage
Fluent in German, good knowledge of English
