Responsibilities:
Main responsibility during the night shift and optimising processes together with the team
Professional nursing and care, even in complex medical conditions and emergency situations
Additional role in night shift coordination: keeping an overview, supporting employees empathetically and professionally, and coordinating duty planning
Profile:
Completed training as a nurse HF/FH
Team spirit, humour, and appreciative communication
Enjoyment of complex care situations and proactive action
Confidence in making decisions and taking responsibility
