Field Service Technician (m/f/d)

your tasks

• Carrying out service, maintenance and repair work directly at the customer’s site
  
• Independent fault diagnosis and rectification of technical faults on state-of-the-art machines and systems
  
• Support of special equipment such as emergency power units, crushing plants, drilling rigs or heavy construction machinery
  
• Independent organisation of daily assignments and spare parts orders
  
• First point of contact and competent advisor for customers on site
  

your skills

• Completed technical basic training (e.g. as a construction machinery, agricultural machinery, truck or mechatronics mechanic)
  
• Strong solution orientation and enjoyment in independently solving technical puzzles
  
• Valid driving licence category B (category BE advantageous)
  
• High reliability, independence and customer-oriented appearance
  
• Willingness to work regionally or nationwide depending on the specialist area
