Introduction
Do you want to contribute your expertise in long-term care while supporting the next generation of nursing professionals? For a small, family-run retirement home in the Sursee region, we are looking for you as an RAI expert with training responsibility.
Tasks
- Responsibility for the RAI process and ensuring its correct implementation
- Advising and supporting the nursing team regarding RAI and nursing documentation
- Accompanying and promoting apprentices and students during their training
- Coordinating training and supporting vocational trainers
- Active development of the RAI and training areas
Profile
- Qualification as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
- Solid RAI knowledge and practical experience
- SVEB 2 certification is required for the position
- Enjoyment in accompanying and developing learners
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
