Summary
With their interconnected thinking, technical skills and enjoyment of working with people, ICT specialists assist customers with problems related to their ICT devices. They search for, analyse and solve problems, commission various devices and install the required software. At the same time, they maintain and develop the IT infrastructure by installing, operating and maintaining IT systems as well as supporting with technical issues.
About the Role
Duration of Apprenticeship:
- 3 years
Educational Background:
- Secondary school E (BS/BL), district school (AG), intermediate school leaving certificate (D) or higher school level
Languages:
- German and English
Attractive Salary:
- 1st year of apprenticeship: CHF 850 per month
- 2nd year of apprenticeship: CHF 1,050 per month
- 3rd year of apprenticeship: CHF 1,400 per month
Holidays:
- 27 days per year (5 weeks and 2 days)
Cost Coverage:
- CHF 530 for public transport in Northwestern Switzerland per year
- CHF 600 for Bring Your Own Device
- School books
- Work clothing (if required)
