The Infrastructure Department represents the owner for the city-owned land and properties. We manage, develop, and maintain an extensive and diverse portfolio of real estate and infrastructural facilities and installations. The Technical and Infrastructural Building Management division is responsible for the operation and maintenance of city-owned properties and facilities. Additionally, we oversee construction projects and independently implement maintenance measures.
