One-Year Internship Professional Guardianship 60-80% Location Sursee
The following internship position is available in the Professional Guardianship department starting August 1, 2026:
Tasks
- Getting to know the legal foundations of child and adult protection
- Insight into mandate management (legal, financial, personal) with gradual assumption of (partial) tasks
- Acquiring communication skills
- Work organization, self-management (setting boundaries)
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with involved persons, specialist offices, and institutions
Requirements
- Graduate in Social Work
- Confident German language skills
- Good IT knowledge
- Mental stability, discretion, and trustworthiness
- Ability for self-organization
