Join our team in the competence center and specialist support in Bern immediately or by arrangement as a specialist in the unemployment fund 80–100%

Your responsibilities

• Professional support for the locations in the area
• Processing applications for short-time work and bad weather compensation
• Creating appeal decisions in the types of benefits for unemployment compensation as well as short-time work and bad weather compensation
• Review, recovery, and offsetting of unemployment insurance benefits with benefits from other social insurances
• Clarifications with authorities, offices, legal representatives, and employers
• Case discussions with contacts from the central administration

Your qualifications

• Completed commercial training (with E-profile) or equivalent training with several years of professional experience
• Solid knowledge of unemployment insurance and several years of experience in demanding case processing in unemployment insurance is a must
• Experienced in dealing with legal regulations and legal issues 
• Proficient in MS Office
• Independent, resilient, and decisive personality with a structured working style and pronounced affinity for numbers
• Fluent German in spoken and written form, very good knowledge of French is an advantage
