Specialist in Finance and Accounting with Leadership Role (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 105,000Role:
For an established Swiss company, we are looking for an experienced individual to lead the finance team professionally and support the finance management in daily operations. You can expect a versatile key position with scope for design, short decision-making paths, and the opportunity to actively further develop processes and structures.
Responsibilities:
You lead a small administration team and oversee the training of apprentices
You support the finance management and act as their deputy during absences
You are responsible for the financial accounting of various group companies including subsidiary and asset accounting
You contribute to interim and annual financial statements as well as external audits
You review and are responsible for VAT returns and the reconciliation of social security contributions
You support payroll accounting and handle financial queries with banks, insurance companies, and authorities
You develop internal controls, processes and digital solutions further and contribute to budgeting and reporting topics
Qualifications:
You hold the federal diploma in finance and accounting or a comparable further qualification
You bring several years of experience in financial accounting, ideally in a corporate group with multiple companies
You have solid knowledge of financial statements, VAT and social security
You have experience in leading and developing employees
You are proficient with ERP systems and have very good Excel skills
You communicate confidently in German; English skills are an advantage
