What to expect with us
- You will carry out the monthly payroll processing for our clients, including administration and accounting.
- You will deputise for the Head of Payroll Services in their absence and support projects.
- You will act as a specialist for the team and clients on questions regarding payroll accounting, social insurance, and labour law.
- You will perform monthly and year-end accounting in all areas of social insurance and taxes.
- You will take responsibility for new projects and client onboarding.
- You will contribute to further development and process optimisation, especially through digitalisation initiatives.
What you bring with you
- Federal HR or social insurance specialist certificate; further training in social insurance and labour law is an advantage
- Solid experience in payroll
- Desire to develop the area further and take on responsibility
- Thirst for knowledge and customer orientation
- Good IT skills and initial experience with Abacus
- Confident in German and English, good French skills are a plus
