For our Marketing and Personnel team, we are looking for a thoughtful and motivated person by arrangement
Your tasks
You support our team administratively and thus relieve our HR specialists
Reliable execution of assigned tasks and orders
Recording and updating master data in our ERP (Abacus)
Collaboration in the digitalisation of HR processes
Support with marketing tasks (Employer Branding)
Your profile
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and are looking to start in HR
First steps and started or planned further training in the HR field are an advantage
Independent working method according to the assignments of the HR specialists
Good PC user skills (Office 365, Abacus and Polypoint PEP are an advantage)
Service and customer orientation
Enjoyment in contact with people
