Case Manager Child Support Collection (80–100%)

Your Tasks

• Independently managing child support collection mandates for various municipalities and private clients
• Oral and written negotiations with clients and debtors
• Preparing acknowledgements of debt
• Planning and conducting debt enforcement, legal opening, and bankruptcy proceedings
• Filing criminal complaints and requests for debtor instructions
• Calculating index adjustments and child support arrears
• Correspondence with municipalities, institutions, and mandate parties
• Preparing annual interim reports and accounts
• Acting as a substitute at municipalities or private institutions in the area of child support collection

Your Profile

• Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
• Enjoy working independently and responsibly
• Confident, appreciative manner even in demanding negotiation situations
• Fluent German skills; French and/or English skills advantageous
• Experience in child support collection is an advantage but not essential — we gladly support career changers who wish to develop into specialists in child support assistance
