In our Department E, we care for 48 residents with diverse care needs and a wide range of geriatric medical conditions. The focus is always on the person with their individual needs, wishes, and life story. With empathy, professional competence, and respect, we create an environment where our residents feel safe, understood, and well cared for. Needs-oriented daily routines, structured schedules, as well as activating and resource-oriented care are a matter of course for us.

Your Tasks

• Carrying out medical measures in treatment care on medical orders to ensure high-quality medical care.
• Individual, holistic care and support of the residents, tailored to their needs and life situation.
• Assuming daily and house responsibility to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Care as a key contact person to build a trusting relationship with the residents.
• Careful nursing documentation to ensure quality and continuity of care.

Your Profile

• You have a completed training as a nurse HF or health specialist EFZ and bring solid professional knowledge.
• You are characterised by commitment, responsibility and a positive demeanour which you bring to your work.
• Flexibility and resilience are natural to you – even in demanding moments you keep an overview.
