Do you think entrepreneurially and act service-oriented? As a PM at ISS, you lead employees, personally support customers, and ensure that our services are delivered at the highest level. You are responsible for quality, costs, and customer satisfaction. You work for two Facility Services Managers and operate in various mandates in the Zurich area.

What awaits you

• Support of two Facility Services Managers in developing and recording administrative and operational processes
• Employee management (introduction, training, deployment and holiday planning, recording working hours and absences, reporting personnel changes to the respective interfaces, etc.)
• Monitoring and control of quality assurance (ensuring process-oriented quality controls)
• Organisation and optimisation of workflows
• Support in operational deployment
• Direct contact person for customers on site in the cleaning sector

What you bring with you

• Training and further education in the field of building cleaning
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
• Good PC skills (MS Office)
• Flexible and independent working style
• Organisational skills and systematic working method
• Driving licence category B
