YOUR TASKS

• Direct leadership and promotion of around 20 employees in the interdisciplinary surgery ward with a focus on urology with 26 beds including a private ward 
• Economic management of the department as well as qualification-appropriate personnel deployment planning, coordination, organization, and control of workflows and nursing quality
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with our attending physicians and departments
• Individual, customer-oriented, and professional care and support of our patients 
• Co-responsibility in the development and implementation of work and quality guidelines as well as in the implementation of change processes

YOUR PROFILE

• Leadership experience in an acute hospital as well as further training in personnel management/leadership desirable
• Several years of professional experience in nursing and care in an acute hospital 
• Training as a certified nurse DN 2/ HF/ FH 
• High organizational skills, flexibility, resilience, social competence, and a strong sense of responsibility 
• Good IT user skills
