We are looking to strengthen our "Spare Parts Service" team:

Clerk Spare Parts Service (m/f) 80-100% with good French skills / Volketswil ZH

Your tasks with us

• You answer our customers' inquiries, accept spare parts orders, and assist customers at the "counter" in Volketswil.
• You are responsible for the entire order processing in SAP, including invoicing.
• You maintain regular contact with our customers, employees in our branches, and the supply plants (in German and French).
• You monitor inventory levels and all ordering processes.
• You assist with inventory as well as the storage and retrieval of spare parts.

What you bring with you

• You have a commercial education or a technical education with further training in the commercial field.
• You have worked for several years in the construction or automotive industry or a trading company – either way: you have a good technical understanding!
• You are used to a lively work environment and work accurately and reliably even under pressure.
• You are a team player, like to take responsibility, and enjoy direct customer contact.
• You communicate well in German and French (spoken and written) and are a proficient IT user.
