The Office for Youth and Career Counseling of the Education Directorate provides, orders, controls, and coordinates services for child and youth welfare and career counseling. The Breitenstein Center is part of the Office for Youth and Career Counseling and is supported and co-financed by the municipalities of the Andelfingen district.
The Breitenstein Center provides social services in the areas of child protection, adult protection, counseling, and prevention for the population of the Andelfingen district. The offer is aimed at families, adolescents and children as well as adults with special needs, social difficulties, and/or addiction problems.
To complement our administration team, we offer an internship position in administration from November 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026.
Your main tasks:
- General administrative and organizational work
- Telephone and counter service
- Mail processing / scanning
- Filing / archiving
- Office supply management
Your profile:
- Confident German and good IT skills (MS Office)
- Precise working method
- Non-judgmental, open interaction with a wide variety of people
- Enjoyment of communication, coordination, and organization
