Project Manager Industry | Retail 80–100 %

Your tasks:

• Independent supervision and management of demanding industrial projects from preliminary project to construction acceptance
• Leadership and coordination of project teams, specialist planners, specialists and contractors
• Client support as well as clarifications with authorities and specialist committees
• Project management in various contract forms (architectural contract, general planner, total contractor)
• Preparation and negotiation of planner and contractor contracts
• Ensuring quality, costs and deadlines during all project phases
• Monitoring the design and technical project quality
• Close cooperation with construction management and other project participants

What you bring:

• Architect FH/ETH or technician HF building construction
• Several years of experience in a responsible project management role
• Good knowledge of ArchiCAD, MS Office and ideally Messerli
• Enjoy planning, coordinating and realising demanding industrial projects
• Negotiation skills and strong cost awareness
• Independent, forward-looking and solution-oriented working style
• Team spirit as well as direct and open communication
