About the job
We are looking for a committed new team member for our branch. Shape the future with us through sustainable and innovative projects and work closely with the authorities and partners in the canton of Zurich.
Your tasks- Definition of project goals in collaboration with real estate development
- Planning, control and monitoring of the project development process of real estate projects (new construction) for SIA phases 21 – 33 and ensuring the handover to the execution department and support into SIA 41
- Coordination of official approval procedures and compliance with all relevant legal requirements
- Quality assurance as well as responsibility for compliance with standards and norms (SIA, building laws etc.)
- Management of interdisciplinary project teams consisting of architects, draftsmen, specialist planners, and other external as well as internal specialists and departments
- Completed architecture studies (FH/ETH) or equivalent education
- At least five years of experience in project development
- You have experience with planning processes at municipal and cantonal level and possess a good understanding of development opportunities and solution approaches
- Confident handling of clients, authorities and specialist planners
- Proven experience in execution planning
- Sound knowledge of Swiss building standards (SIA) and building processes
- Very good user knowledge in CAD (preferably ArchiCAD), MS Office, Realview
- Personal strengths: communication skills, organisational talent, problem-solving ability, decision-making ability and teamwork skills
- Great scope for design and direct influence on project success
