Expert Nurse in Anaesthesia Care
50 to 100% – Permanent Contract
Your mission:
- provide quality care in partnership with the patient and their relatives, respecting the care philosophy of HFR,
- work mainly in anaesthesia and occasionally in the recovery room
- promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all colleagues
- evaluate your performance and make necessary adjustments aiming at the continuous improvement of your interventions
- participate in the development of the service and demonstrate creativity
Your profile:
- Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
- qualification as an expert in anaesthesia care
- ability to prioritise and manage unforeseen situations
- proficiency in French with knowledge of German
- proficiency in computer tools
- proactive, dynamic and flexible attitude
- interpersonal skills and communication sense
- ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- rigour, flexibility and autonomy

- You participate in the further development of the department and contribute creative solutions.
Profile
- Bachelor of Science FH in nursing or equivalent qualification recognised by the SRC
- Dipl. Expert in Anaesthesia Care
- Ability to prioritise and manage unforeseen situations
- French with knowledge of German
- Proficient in common IT programmes
- Proactive and dynamic attitude, flexibility
- Social skills and communication ability
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
- Precise working method, flexibility and independence
