Assistant Digital Transformation
Digital Administration Staff Unit I 50% (limited until 31.12.2028) I Chur
When it comes to digitalisation and digital transformation in the Cantonal Administration, the Digital Administration Staff Unit is the hub. We work closely with the Office for Informatics, the Personnel Office and the administration departments.
Would you like to gain valuable practical experience in the field of digital transformation as a student or as a professional in the commercial sector and actively apply your knowledge in everyday work? Then you are exactly right with us!
We are looking for a committed, creative and highly organised person to strengthen our Digital Administration Staff Unit from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement. Look forward to a varied role where you can contribute your ideas and help shape the further development of our digital processes.
Your area of responsibility
- You support our team with administrative and organisational tasks, ensuring a smooth workflow in everyday work.
- You participate in the planning, coordination and implementation of online events and on-site occasions and actively contribute your ideas.
- You help shape our internal and external communication and take on tasks such as creating newsletters and maintaining our internet and intranet pages.
- You bring your creativity and develop appealing presentations that effectively convey our content.
- You document our digitalisation projects and create inspiring best practice examples in the form of texts, images and videos.
What we expect from you
- You have a commercial education, a completed gymnasial Matura or a comparable qualification and have an interest in varied tasks.
- You communicate confidently in German – both orally and in writing. Knowledge of Romansh and Italian is an advantage.
- You are proficient in using MS Office programmes or M365 and use the common applications securely and efficiently.
- Ideally, you already have experience with video and graphic programmes and enjoy creating creative content.
- You impress with your organisational talent, keep an overview even with several tasks and skilfully set priorities.
- You are characterised by initiative, a sense of responsibility, a strong service orientation and flexibility.
