Sales Associate 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• You identify customer needs and develop suitable solutions in collaboration with the customer teams

• You work closely with the sales team to implement the sales strategy

• You independently conduct offer and contract negotiations and process orders for our existing customers

• You maintain and build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities, including project business

• You actively generate leads for assigned customers

• You support the planning and implementation of sales campaigns

• You develop and implement measures to increase customer satisfaction

Your Talents and Experience

• You have completed commercial or technical training, ideally with experience in technical trade or B2B sales

• You have several years of experience in inside sales or sales back office functions

• You are characterized by high customer orientation and negotiation skills

• You are confident in handling CRM and ERP systems

• You work independently and in a structured manner

• You are communicative and a team player

• You have a technical understanding of industrial products and solutions
