Night Watch Team Leader (min. 50%)

Your Tasks

• Motivating and empowering people: You lead and develop the night watch team organisationally, personally and professionally (and create a motivating working atmosphere.)
• Active involvement on the front line: You work actively in the night shift, implement nursing measures professionally and accompany our clients at night also in educational matters (sensitively.)
• Providing safety and guidelines: You bear responsibility for the high quality of our night service, ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations and are the rock in the storm when things get turbulent.

Your Profile

• Your professional foundation: Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH – your professional basis is solid and crisis-proof.
• Your rich experience: Several years of sound nursing practice (ideally in night shifts) combined with initial leadership experience (which gives you confidence in everyday management.)
• Your personality radiates calm: You convince with a high sense of responsibility, are resilient, capable of self-reflection and characterised by an independent and reliable working style.
