Parts Service Employee (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Serving and advising internal and external customers
• Handling daily business in the spare parts warehouse
• Invoice control from suppliers and corresponding verification
• Presentation and active sale of Porsche Lifestyle products and Tequipment in the Porsche Centre
• Active participation in achieving spare parts sales according to budget
• Optimisation of the ordering process
• Returns processing according to guidelines
• Conducting inventory according to guidelines
• Planning and implementation of stock management

Qualifications

• Successfully completed apprenticeship as retail specialist EFZ automotive parts logistics or retail specialist EFZ automotive after sales or comparable training with automotive technical background
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Good German, ideally French skills and English skills
• Valid driving licence category B
• Confident appearance and good manners
