Tasks

You welcome our guests, serve and advise them, and sweeten their day with our homemade delicacies. With us, you will learn the craft of retail, how to approach customers, and how to actively conduct a sales conversation. To succeed in sales conversations, you will get to know our assortment so that you can convince with your product knowledge. Furthermore, you will learn how to properly present our products (merchandise presentation), how to carry out sales promotions, the preparation of barista coffees, and much more.

Requirements

For a successful retail apprenticeship, you should enjoy contact with people as well as selling. You convince our customers with your communicative, cheerful, and courteous manner. In addition, you bring attributes such as flexibility, teamwork, and resilience.
