International Procurement Specialist (Pharma – Eastern Europe Focus)

Role Purpose

Manage international procurement of pharmaceutical raw materials (APIs), excipients and packaging materials, with a particular focus on Eastern European markets. Ensure reliable supply, compliant documentation and cost-efficient cross-border sourcing within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• International sourcing and procurement of APIs, excipients and packaging materials
• Identify, evaluate and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and suppliers in Eastern Europe
• Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and foreign-trade contracts
• Coordinate cross-border logistics and inter-warehouse transfers
• Ensure sourcing and transportation in line with GMP/GDP requirements
• Maintain supplier database and documentation records
• Monitor market prices and support cost-optimization initiatives
• Contribute to development and expansion of the product portfolio
• Participate in international exhibitions and industry events
