For our location in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a partner / site manager who leads and successfully develops the experienced team of the Central branch.

Your responsibilities

At cross-ING AG, you will take on the establishment, expansion, and further development of a successful regional unit within our service offering. You will have the opportunity to act entrepreneurially and build your own regional engineering office within the cross-ING partner system. After a maximum of three successful years, you will take over 80% of your company. To allow you to fully focus on your customers, expanding your network, and developing and leading your cross-ING engineers, supportive services from our headquarters – for example in accounting, marketing, recruitment, and administration – are available to you if needed.

Your qualifications

• At least a BSc in Engineering

• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting

• Good contacts in the local industry

• Determination to succeed

• Strong communication skills

• Comprehensive technical understanding

• Language skills in German and English
