Your Role

As Chief Construction Manager: Graubünden, you will take on the professional and personnel leadership of our construction management team at the locations in the canton of Graubünden. You ensure that our construction projects are realised on time, cost-effectively, and with high quality, and where possible, you are also active as a construction manager in your own projects. You form the interface between clients, project managers, and internal specialist departments and contribute significantly to the further development of our team. This position offers you plenty of scope for creativity, genuine leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to actively shape the construction culture in Graubünden.

Your Tasks

• Leadership and deployment planning of the construction management team
• Control and support of projects regarding costs, quality, and deadlines
• Ensuring quality standards and targeted further development of the team
• Coordination with clients, project managers, and internal specialist departments
• Management of own projects as construction manager from start of construction to warranty acceptance
• Participation in tendering and awarding processes

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in construction management and project management, ideally as a certified architect, technician, or certified construction manager in building construction
• Leadership skills and enjoyment in team development
• Strong awareness of quality, costs, and deadlines
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Confident use of MS Office, knowledge of Messerli Bauad is an advantage
