At the heart of our Aggregates activities, you contribute to securing and sustainably developing our raw material resources. You participate in strategic projects related to extraction sites, integrating issues of sustainability, biodiversity and innovation.
What awaits you:
- Participate in strategic projects related to the securing and extraction of raw materials.
- Manage and coordinate technical projects at our extraction and backfilling sites.
- Work closely with the Production teams as well as with the Reserves & Mines unit.
- Support authorisation procedures and exchanges with authorities and stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic analyses, market studies and regional development reflections.
- Participate in the development of new projects and growth opportunities.
- Actively contribute to Holcim’s sustainability, biodiversity and decarbonisation objectives.
What you bring
- Training in geology, environment or mining engineering.
- First experience (including internships) in an industrial environment or related to raw materials.
- Good understanding of Swiss geology.
- Very good knowledge of French and English.
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach.
- Interest in sustainability, innovation and fieldwork.
