About the job
Niederglatt is a growing and attractive municipality in the Zurich lowlands with around 5,500 inhabitants in the Dielsdorf district. Exciting projects with plenty of scope for creativity, a motivated, dynamic team, and the collegial working atmosphere in our administration make this position particularly appealing.
We are looking for a flexible and committed individual to lead the Property Management department, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the management, maintenance, and further development of municipally owned properties
- Management of modernisation and construction projects, including co-responsibility for the 30 million school construction project
- Participation in budgeting, financial planning, tenders, and credit accounting
- Coordination of administration, user groups, and external partners as well as preparation of decision-making bases
Your profile:
- Commercial, construction planning or technical training with relevant further education or professional experience
- Experience in property management, development, or construction planning
- Knowledge of public procurement and tender law
- Structured, independent working style as well as negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Confident German language skills and good IT user knowledge (MS365; CMI and Stratus advantageous)
