Certified Optometrist EFZ 80-100% (Specialist Manager)

Your area of responsibility:

• Specialist responsibility according to Swiss regulations
• Active development and co-design of the optics business
• High-quality advice and care for our customers
• Support and guidance of apprentices and in the approval process
• Co-design of assortment, concept and quality standards
• Close cooperation with the team and regional management

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Certified Optometrist EFZ (or recognised) or Optometrist
• Very good expertise in advice and sales
• Ideally experience in the Swiss market
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in taking responsibility
• Possess PC user skills and have a flair for diagnostic devices
• German mandatory, English an advantage
• Your openness, resilience and flexibility as well as your ability to work in a team complete your profile
