Your Tasks:
- Together with a team colleague, you are responsible for an assigned support area and support, coach, and advise the line managers as a sparring partner in all operational tasks related to the HR life cycle.
- You accompany the line managers in personnel planning and recruitment and support change processes.
- You independently manage HR administration related to hiring, departures, and transfers for the assigned area of responsibility.
- You are responsible for occupational health management (BGM) including the associated concept.
- You participate in various HR projects and the development of HR instruments.
- You contribute to the further development of the standardization, optimization, and automation of processes.
