Responsibilities:
Manage export control for international business activities
Lead and develop the responsible foreign trade team
Assess business transactions according to sanctions and export control regulations
Ensure correct export documents and permits
Revise internal policies and export processes
Support new markets, products, and business models from a trade perspective
Optimise processes and drive their digitalisation forward
Train employees on export regulations and trade processes
Qualifications:
Degree in business, international trade, or law
Several years of experience in export, foreign trade, or export compliance
Solid knowledge of international export control regulations
Experience in leading and developing employees is an advantage
Knowledge of sanctions, embargoes, EAR, and international trade regulations
Experience with HS codes, rules of origin, and preference regulations
Good user knowledge of SAP and MS Office
Very good German and good English skills
